We are seeking an experienced professional who has worked in complex case management, claims, grant management, dispute resolution who can demonstrate a commitment to social justice and rule of law.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for;
- Researching and drafting responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents as required.
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the organisation.
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments.
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications within strict timeframes.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Applicants will additionally need to demonstrate;
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
