
Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take the lead in winning, nurturing and fostering deep relationships within targeted accounts across Government ICT Recruitment.
You will work with our specialist team of recruitment professionals who specialize in technology, projects and transformation for both labour hire and permanent engagements.
As a Client Relationship Representative, you will collaborate with our Customer Success and Recruitment Delivery teams who will search and match talent in the roles that meet your client's talent demands, whilst you continue to build and deepen the client relationship.

Excited by data driven insights, you will be curious and passionate about results looking to build the success of our brand in the Technology sector.
**What will you do every day?**
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Understand the potential of those opportunities
- Consistently connect with key stakeholders
- Develop a sale, business development and account management plan including, market mapping.
- Organise and attend clients visits to understand business and people problems, building relationships and pitching our tailored people solutions to their technology people problems.
- Drive and execute RFT/RFP responses
- Negotiate contract terms, including taking job briefs and understanding work to be done for the client
- Working with our customer success team on ensuring the client's challenges and needs are planned for, met and delivered on time and on budget.
- Facilitate business review and performance with clients
- Attend core industry events
- Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline, and financial data.

**Desirable experience**:
- Negotiating, tendering, panel and marketplace procurement
- An understanding of Digital Transformations in the Australian marketplace
- Recruitment experience or knowledge of people solutions and recruitment delivery models
