Job Description

The role of the Executive Academic Leader is to lead and manage a significant area or function within the school, with a high degree of independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the skill, knowledge, and performance of the teaching workforce in a school or group of schools, as well as improving the curriculum program of a school.

As an Executive Academic Leader, you will be expected to make a significant contribution to policy development relating to teaching and learning in the school. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, including coordinating and professional support through modelling, collaborating, and coaching.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled educator to take on a leadership role and contribute to the strategic direction of the school. If you have a passion for education and a proven track record of leading and managing teams, we would love to hear from you.
