About the Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the and the and the CHQ .
Your contribution will include:
Clinical Practice Deliver quality paediatric Social Work services across the continuum of care to patients and families of the Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service as part of a team of social workers or within an inter-disciplinary or multi-disciplinary team, to provide tertiary level health services to children, adolescents, and families.
To provide direct clinical social work services, that include routine psychosocial assessment and intervention for the emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial aspects of clinical care for children, young-people, and families.
