**The role:
As a Technical Consultant, you will provide expertise in the design, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco network infrastructure. You will design, build and implementation of technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.

The role will work in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions. You will maintain a high level of technical knowledge and provide technical advice and recommendations.

In this role, you will demonstrate your experience evaluating, designing, and implementing technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT delivery frameworks.

Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.

Ability to prioritise workload across multiple projects and business-as-usual tasks.

To be successful in this role you will possess a high level of expertise and experience in the following technology domains to analyse, provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice, and support of enterprise ICT services within a large customer focus organisation:
Cisco switching
Experience in other domains such as Cisco wireless or Cisco/Alcatel telephony is desirable.
ITIL or similar change management process experience
Project delivery experience
