**About the Role**:
NHP have an exciting opportunity for a **TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - Motor Control Drives & Safety**to join our Technical Sales team in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Technical Consultant Manager, you will excel in delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety in industrial environments.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Works closely with customers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and maintain strong relationships
- **Innovation and Development**: Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- **Qualifications**: Electrical Trade or a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a technical sales role
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in motor control systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and safety systems
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex technical challenges
- **Communication**: Effective communicator, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus
