**About the business**

Wilson Financial has been established for over two decades with fifeteen of those locally in the Southern Highlands. We assist clients with mortgages for purchase of homes and investments. We also offer our clients leases, car loans, novated lease agreements, and equipment funding. The business also runs a financial planning and insurance advice firm, and a general insurance brokerage. We need a mortgage broker to help with the lending arm at this time. The base wage is commensurate with experience and starts at $70,000 ++. There is also a good opportunity to earn bonus above this which is paid monthly.

**Skills and experience**

**Experience...**

You MUST have at least a years lending experience that is recent and relevant to mortgage broking, or two years lending within a bank. Kudos if you have other experience or a degree, but we need an experienced player who has processed loans and is ready to hit the ground running. We realise experience isn't everything, we are looking for the right character, however, you must have lending experience to join in this role. Residential finance experience is a must, commercial lending experience favourable as is equipment finance but not necessary.
