**Technical Projects Officer**

**6 months contract role**

An experienced technology professional who is looking to get more exposure to project management and delivery. We need a Technical Projects Officer to help deliver the technical activities and project management of our Cyber Security Maturity Uplift Program and ICT projects such as a SCCM to Intune migration, Zscaler Internet Access implementation and uplifting our Azure environment to align with best practices.

We are looking for a team-player that can also work autonomously. We are a small ICT team with many projects underway and in the pipeline.

You will be able to work in a flexible and dynamic environment to assist in the successful delivery of our Cyber Security Uplift and ICT projects.

Duties will include
- Utilise your technical experience to deliver technology projects.
- Manage end user experience and change impacts because of project delivery.
- Co-ordinate with ICT team and service providers to assist in the delivery of projects.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing, documenting testing outcomes and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate the transition of projects to managed service provider support teams and internal ICT Operations team.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on project proposals, design documents and deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for ICT projects.

**Technical skills and experience**:

- Practical knowledge and experience managing, supporting, implementing Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, SCCM and Intune.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity technologies and products.
- Good understanding and experience in managing and delivering ICT projects.
- Exposure to working with managed service providers or vendors to deliver projects.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
