Manage the process of warehousing to ensure the product is on the right place at the right time to enable the order to be delivered in full on time

Active on-floor operational leadership - planning, prioritising and problem solving

Positive, proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results and deliver improvements

Guarantee the stock control by regular physical checks performed to ensure accurate inventory holdings

Ensure the correct perform of all Inbound / Outbound logistics task in a timely and diligent manner to sustain a delivered in a full-on time (DIFOT) rate of 97% for each order by accurately picking, packing and checking orders prior to dispatch to ensure client satisfaction upon order

Be constantly alert and make recommendations to General Manager to introduce warehouse efficiencies and cost saving initiatives as they arise

Assurance accurate processes of inbound and outbound to avoid any negative customer impact and company cost impact as a result of warehouse operation error.

Negotiating pricing and providing accurate quotes

Arranging and maintaining merchandise and keeping the Warehouse tidy and clean.

Manage the fixed asset register including forklifts, delivery truck. Ensure

that regular preventive maintenance is conducted to comply with safety standards

Reporting discrepancies and problems to the General Manager.

Maintain up to date knowledge of products and computer-based software ordering

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Responsibility of maintaining a safe work place for all staff and customers.

Regular communication with General Manager updating on any issues regarding stock, inventories, staffing or customer complaints/refunds.

Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean orderly and safe presentation standard at all the times

**Salary**: From $42.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- background in full warehousing operations: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- 5 years experience with LF & Reach Truck as minimum (required)
