DSV Air & Sea is currently looking to hire a Supply and Distribution Manager in Melbourne.

As a Supply and Distribution Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the supply, storage and distribution of goods for DSV.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Liaise with customers to determine best stock levels and plan to ensure determined stock levels are maintained
- Record and track all stock movements in and out of warehouse from suppliers and customers
- Control direct costs and indirect/overheads costs relating to the accounts
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers involved in accounts
- Review supplier performance
- Directly manage key commercial leads to increase revenue on accounts
- Align invoicing with contract and rates conditions
- Prepare strategies that ensure ongoing viability and tenure of the accounts
- Manage and oversee Warehouse and Domestic Transportation operation.
- Lead Key monthly & quarterly operational review
- Control & challenge operational costs
- Ensure compliance of procurement with company rules

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, within the industry
- Customer account management
- Operational knowledge of warehousing & transport
- Operational experience using Cargowise One (CW1) and other WMS
