**About the Role**
As part of the Customer Experience group, you will lead the Hardware Experience team to shape packaging that reflects our best-in-class products. You'll oversee a talented, diverse team of designers and engineers creating packaging solutions that balance performance, aesthetics, and sustainability. This role offers global exposure, continuous learning, and the chance to drive impactful change in our packaging strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead packaging design, development, testing, and production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ResMed quality systems and regulatory standards.
- Influence our sustainability goals, reducing carbon impact and improving recycling.

**About You
**You're a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, a customer-first mindset, and a strategic approach. You thrive on collaboration, empowering teams to push boundaries in packaging design.

**Experience & Skills**
- Packaging or product development experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Expertise in packaging materials, DFM/DFA, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to lead teams and inspire a culture of innovation.
- Degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
