Where you'll make an impact
Designing, coordinating, and delivering tailored training programs with a focus on luxury guest service
Facilitating onboarding programs to ensure strong alignment with brand standards and culture
Coaching, mentoring and developing staff to consistently deliver world-class hospitality experiences
Supporting leaders by embedding service standards and building team confidence across all Hotels teams
Championing a culture of continuous learning and improvement in line with brand values
What we're looking for
You'll be a polished hospitality professional with proven experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environments. While formal training experience is desirable, your ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams is what matters most. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dedicated people development role while staying connected to the world of luxury guest service.
To be successful, you'll need
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in luxury hospitality operations
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, inspire and motivate learners
A valid driver's licence and the ability to live on-island or commute five days per week from nearby Airlie Beach
Previous supervisory and/or workplace training experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
Certificate III (or above) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent (Desirable)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (Desirable)
