We are seeking an experienced trainer and assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality management principles and be able to convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training materials that meet the needs of students and industry stakeholders
  • Deliver training and assessment sessions for students enrolled in the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to support their learning and development

Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with units TAEASS502 and TAELLN401
  • Relevant industry experience in hospitality management
  • Excellent written and communication skills

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality training and assessment services, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
