Job Opportunity

A unique chance to develop and lead hotel teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Luxury Hospitality Trainer, you will create customized training programs and onboard new staff, ensuring they meet high brand standards.

About the Role

  • Create tailored training plans focusing on luxury service excellence
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes for hotel teams
  • Coach and mentor staff to consistently deliver world-class hospitality experiences
  • Support leaders by embedding service standards and team confidence across all hotels

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in luxury hospitality operations
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to live or commute from nearby Airlie Beach
  • Previous supervisory and/or workplace training experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
