
Business Development Executive

We are thrilled to be supporting this Global Healthcare Company committed to providing innovative throat care solutions to consumers. As we prepare to introduce this brand in to the Australian market, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on ecommerce partnerships.
The role can be broken down into 7 core sections:
**Ecommerce Strategy**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy for the successful launch of the brand in the Australian market, with a focus on the Throat Care segment.
**Partnership Development**:
Forge strategic partnerships with major ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Australia, Chemist Warehouse Online, Catch, and eBay Australia.
**Sales Optimization**:
Drive online sales by implementing effective pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product bundling.
**Marketplace Expansion**:
Explore opportunities for expanding the presence of the product on emerging and niche ecommerce platforms.
**Performance Analytics**:
Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze ecommerce performance metrics.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at ecommerce platforms.
**Digital Marketing Collaboration**:
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align ecommerce strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Implement targeted online advertising and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversion.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce business development, **preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.**
- Proven track record of successfully launching and expanding product presence on major ecommerce platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing partnerships with online retailers.
- In-depth understanding of ecommerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
