We're looking for a **Digital Operations Coordinator** to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and ongoing operations across our digital platforms.

As the **Digital Operations Coordinator**, you'll support the Digital Manager in driving efficient operations across Unison's digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in everything from product uploads to stock management. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to help meet sales and profit targets, while also optimising the performance of key retail marketplaces.

**THE ROLE**:

- Manage the product upload process, ensuring timely and accurate updates across all digital platforms.
- Maintain strong communication with account managers and marketplace contacts.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of monthly processes.
- Customise and edit product listings for each marketplace as needed.
- Conduct trade reporting and analyse weekly performance data for Myer, David Jones, and The Iconic.
- Use data insights to develop strategies that boost sales across all marketplaces.
- Monitor top-selling products and manage stock levels across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities and collaborate with planning teams for seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and maintain Google My Business (GMB) accounts and store information.
- Work with copywriters to ensure product descriptions are accurate and SEO-optimised.
- Set up and manage electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns for promotional testing.
- Ensure product images and listings are accurate across all platforms.
- Enhance SEO strategies for marketplace listings and perform regular stock checks.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and ensure sample accuracy in the absence of the sample manager.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Relevant qualifications in business, IT, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting digital operations, ideally within retail.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A solid understanding of eCommerce operations and retail trading environments.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in process design and knowledge management.
