**Your New Role**:
**6-month Fixed Term Contract**. As a Project Administrator for People and Culture, you are responsible for assisting the Australian Unity's People and Culture Operations team with administrative duties. This includes the organisation of Australian Unity's employee files in preparation for the implementation of new software.
**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
- Provide timely and quality high level administrative support including filing and maintaining databases
- Responsible for sorting and moving electronic files within SharePoint
- Maintain and update the SharePoint site, including all relevant electronic files
- Loading any current or updated documents for People & Culture Operations to SharePoint
- Ensure that any information obtained in the course of managing files, is kept confidential
**About You**:
- Previous administration role, would be advantageous
- Experience working with SharePoint is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and multi-task, with multiple team members
