Join us to help organizations leverage AI to optimize workflows, foster innovation, and secure operations, all while delivering a familiar and powerful Windows experience across any device.The purpose of this roleThe Virtualisation Specialist is a creative, accomplished, and experienced solutions seller with a proven track record in Solution Sales within a Desktop Virtualisation organization or with experience leading migrations from legacy on-premise solutions to SaaS solutions.
They are passionate about understanding customer requirements, creatively imagining solutions, and effectively communicating these solutions.This role is at the forefront of sales for virtualisation solutions leveraging Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
It is crucial in enabling a secure, compliant, and efficient Cloud PC experience for customers, allowing end users to access personalized Windows environments on any device.
You will focus on Cloud PC management via Intune, streamlining deployment and maintenance, and staying updated on the latest virtualisation technologies.
Your expertise will support seamless collaboration and productivity, working with internal and external groups to assist customers in their end-user computing transition.
This position offers flexibility to work remotely and drive transformational outcomes in the virtualisation space.ResponsibilitiesThrive in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to new solutions and embracing change with a growth mindset.Drive complex deals and create new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers, understanding customer priorities, demonstrating deep competitive insight, and articulating the value of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.Implement solution sales best practices, developing strategies that differentiate and challenge customers with innovative solutions.Partner with stakeholders to guide customers in transforming their Desktop Strategy and end-user experience.Accelerate opportunities through creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging internal teams and partners.Lead planning and execution of Virtualisation opportunities, collaborating across teams for cross-selling and up-selling.Engage with business and IT decision makers, sharing best practices and competitor insights as a subject matter expert.Deliver excellence in territory planning, competitive analysis, business analysis, and forecasting.Achieve results while embodying Microsoft values, treating others with fairness and respect.Support team members to exceed their potential, contribute positively to team culture, and share knowledge.
