Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering-led team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, supporting transformational projects and ensuring high compliance standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deploy Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365. You will also support client compliance by implementing CIS benchmarks and beyond.

In addition, you will balance project-focused work with light-touch BAU support and collaborate with a close-knit team of engineers and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in a Modern Workplace engineering role
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks like CIS
  • Great documentation, client engagement, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Confidence to lead technical work from planning to delivery
