**Description**:
As a highly valued team member of the ConsMin site team, you will be responsible for the timely management of Mobile Maintenance Administrative duties at our Woodie Woodie mine.
These positions are available working 7 days on 7 days off FIFO from Perth, flying Mondays.
Reporting to the Superintendent of Mobile Maintenance, the successful applicants will be responsible for:
Maintaining effective relationships and communication with all stakeholders and external providers.
Facilitating the new starter process with mobile maintenance procedure reviews, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation.
Scheduling and mobilising various subcontractors to site in conjunction with Site Admin.
Carrying out administration functions including data management and procurement activities.
Assisting Mobile Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with data entry, workorder and work request close outs.
Processing of all Mobile Maintenance Timesheets.
Processing of HME and LV/Ancillary equipment prestart and defect entry into Pronto.
Raising, receipting, and adjustment of Purchase Orders.
Ensuring accurate data entry.
Handling general administrative duties.
**Requirements to be successful in this role**:
Strong administrative experience preferably working in a mining operation Maintenance administration role.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and general computer aptitude.
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication capabilities and a dedication to teamwork.
Ability to work on a mine site roster and in a remote mining environment.
Previous experience with INX and Pronto systems would be highly advantageous; and
Solid work ethic and willingness to support our stakeholders when required.
