Currently the Procurement team based in Newcastle are looking for a Procurement & Contracts Officer to join their busy team on a 5 month project. Working closely with the Manager this role will see you provide support across the strategic procurement team and site stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and advising on contract management documentation and data
- Creation of contract records and actions and reporting
- Training and supporting on contracts management systems and processes
- Review and report on contract management compliance regarding contract management plans, outline agreements and contract management activities
- Strategic stakeholder engagement at all levels

For you to be considered in this role you will have previous experience in a contracts management or contracts administration role. Strong stakeholder management skills will be well sought after. You will be a team player who can work collaboratively with a key focus on stakeholder engagement.

This role will offer you a busy and high level contracts management role in a strategic procurement team. An opportunity to obtain great skills in an organisation that is supportive of career development.
