Procurement Contract Assistant

Our organization requires a skilled Procurement Contract Assistant to provide support in the procurement process.
- Deliver commercial contracts and handle issues with vendors regarding invoices and claims.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, evaluating contract performance and value for money.
- Adhere to commercial processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and technical expertise to improve business performance and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Exercising discretion and confidentiality when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding records management systems and procurement activities such as ordering goods and services, contract administration, and payment of invoices.

- Demonstrated experience in providing clerical and administrative services.
