**Position Overview**:
Fitter & Turner / Boiler Maker at North Coast Construction Group, you will be an integral part of our operations, performing various tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects. You will be involved in a wide array of activities within our Group

**Jobs will include**
- Cutting, grinding and shaping metal and other materials
- Interpreting diagrams, drawings, specifications and plans to determine suitable material and sequence of operations
- Operating specialized tools and machinery
- Assembling fabricated parts to produce products, tools and machines
- Following safety protocols
- Diagnosing and repairing faults with tools and machinery, and performing regular maintenance
- Setting up tools and machinery for fabrication process, including guides, stops and other controls
- Monitoring fabrication process and adjusting settings when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Engineering (preferable)
- Valid construction induction (white card)
- Current driver's license
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised and problem solve
- Demonstrate attention to detail, be punctual and reliable
- Have a positive attitude and take pride in your work
- Be quality driven and competent to complete jobs according to plans and specifications
- Previous Experience
- **Skills**: Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in construction projects. Ability to follow instructions - work alone at times
**- **Punctuality**: Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time.
- **Honesty and Reliability**: Strong ethical standards and dependability are essential.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
