We are seeking a Human Resources Graduate to join our People & Capability team, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of all new starters across our business. This role will also provide first-level guidance to managers and staff on Human Resources policies, processes, and systems as well as assist the People & Capability team in providing high-level administrative support. You will gain a broad range of experience in this operationally-focused role, across areas of Generalist HR, Immigration, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Remuneration & Benefits.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Maintain our employee database to ensure information is always up-to-date and accurate.
- Create employment offers, and new starter documentation ensuring that all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain documentation for all People-related processes including tools, templates, and related materials.
- Provide general HR Administration including coordination of various people initiatives, processing employee variations, creating organisational charts, and generating reports.
