As a Graduate, you'll work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in a Project Engineer role.
You'll work both on-site and in the office between projects, collaborating closely with your team to gain hands-on experience in project delivery and management.Regardless of your engineering discipline whether Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or other you'll gain valuable exposure to all areas of project engineering.
You'll work on large-scale projects that integrate multiple disciplines, giving you insight into how each one contributes to the overall success.
This hands-on experience will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of project engineering within the resources sector.

As a Graduate, you will have:Opportunity to work on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering.Ongoing support from a Project Manager, Supervisor, and Graduate buddy.Receive ongoing development through structured Learning & Development modules, workshops, and courses.Benefit from regular catch-ups with the Graduate Team and the chance to network with peers at our annual Graduate Forum.Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.The opportunity to participate in a formal Graduate Mentoring Program.Rotations through various business areas, to broaden your skills and explore different career paths regardless of whether your background is in Engineering or Construction Management.Key Responsibilities:Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.What you'll bring:Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.A Construction Management or Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical and Electrical & Instrumentation with previous work experience through vacation work or similar, in Australia or New Zealand.Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth, Brisbane or NewcastlePrevious work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the fieldLife at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
