**About the Role**

As an energizing and confident Weddings & Special Events Executive, you will join our creative and dynamic Sales team, connecting potential couples and organizers with the unique event experience Hyatt Regency Perth offers.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Sales career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:
Manage all enquires in relations to Wedding and private events. Using your creativity and passion for weddings and special events, you will create an event with a difference. You will achieve this by attending to function enquires, meeting with guests and clients and preparing all necessary quotation and correspondence.

You follow up promptly and efficiently on all proposals and tentative bookings to ensure confirmation of events and deposits

Your inquisitive and proactive nature enables you to look for business opportunities, through competitor checks as well as sales calls.

This role includes a reasonable amount of administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant experience in the same or similar role is desired, more important however is your passion to create the event of a lifetime for couples and event organizers

Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing is favorable

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and juggle a busy work load
