The Lumus Imaging Ipswich teams are hiring a Medical Receptionist to join their team.
As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone and who can navigate various technology and systems.
We have a position available for Permanent Full Time Medical Receptionist.
Our Ipswich clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

All reception duties including customer service and care
Make exam bookings
MRI bookings
General clerical duties
Medicare billing and banking
