Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging, play-based programs tailored to each child's interests and needs
Create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn
Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration
Work closely with fellow educators in a supportive, team-focused environment
Assess, reflect, and adapt programs to ensure every child is thriving
What We're Looking For
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid WWC/Teaching registration.
Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, Food Safety, Sun Smart (or a willingness to obtain).
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
A natural ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues
A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching that sparks a love of learning
A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
