Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Engaging Play-Based Learning: design and implement a dynamic play-based program that uses children's interests to promote exploration and learning.
  • Creative Program Delivery: deliver programs that captivate young learners and inspire curiosity with passion and creativity.
  • Experience and Expertise: apply experience with 3- to 5-year-olds to develop and implement effective programs.
  • Quick Learner & Strong Communicator: adapt to new methodologies and communicate effectively with children and families.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood
  • Current Blue Card
  • Demonstrated experience in program development for early childhood education
  • Ability to lead and work within a positive team environment
  • Flexibility, energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach
