Allstar Plastics is a custom manufacturing business specializing in plastic fabrication, laser cutting, router cutting, thermoforming, signage, prototyping, 3D printing & acrylic digital printing.
We are a medium sized family run business who take a lot of pride in what we do and the customer service we provide. We are a close-knit team who work very efficiently together and also enjoy a good laugh.
This role is the backbone of our business running effectively and attention to detail is absolutely crucial. You will be the first point of contact to our customers, assistant to the sales team by processing all paperwork and will be responsible for all freight and courier deliveries.
We have free car parking available, are close to a fabulous little cafe for your morning coffee & we close at 3pm on Fridays to get an early start on the weekend
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of MYOB accounting program experience essential (Purchasing & Sales)
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
- A positive can do attitude
- Possess impeccable organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Be available to work Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 3pm (39 Hour Week)
- Have a great sense of humour
This role is a casual position for the first 6 months with a review of conversion to full-time after that.
