**The role**:
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Advisor (initially a contract role with potential for permanency) and make an impact recruiting top talent across both blue
- and white-collar roles. Bring your passion for people and help us build a stronger team

**Your impact**:
In this role, you'll drive hiring success by connecting top talent with opportunities across the east coast. Your work will have a direct impact on building teams that shape our company's future.

**Your every day**:

- Strategic source and engage best talent for key positions at Symal.
- Championing and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to support diversity across the organisation
- Develop and promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve efficiencies

**Who are you?**
- Extensive recruitment experience (either within agency or internal - ideally both) with a strong understanding of value-add recruitment - not just ticking a box
- Strong desire to partner with businesses and not just as a 'transactional recruiter'
- A strong capability in managing stakeholders and taking initiative
- Experience within the construction/infrastructure sector or related industries is highly desirable
