
Operations Officer

**As an Operations Officer, you'll be integral to customer service, stakeholder communication, and operational management, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering frontline customer service, resolving complaints, and preparing materials for ministerial and other official correspondence.
- Offering advice to industry and stakeholders on relevant legislation, policy, and operational procedures.
- Monitoring key data systems, including the School Transport Information Management System, ensuring transparency and good governance.
- Coordinating and overseeing the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other specialised school transport services.
- Assisting in monitoring performance under service contracts, with a focus on compliance and operational delivery.
