Cloud Security Expert Role
This role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive cloud security solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, including Azure, and experience with security operations, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in cyber security, computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. Additionally, the candidate should have technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security agnostic certifications, and certification in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Security Fundamentals (SC-900), Microsoft Security Operations (SC-200), Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving positive customer satisfaction, becoming a trusted advisor, and providing feedback and insights from customers/partners. They will also be responsible for aligning individual skills to team/area demands and customer success goals, accelerating customer outcomes, sharing expertise, contributing to IP creation and reuse, and running architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing solutions.
Key qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
