Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Tax Accountant looking for a long-term role closer to home?
Our client, a boutique accounting firm is seeking an Intermediate–Senior Tax Accountant to join our supportive team.About the Role Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll work across:Compliance – tax returns, BAS, peer reviewsAdvisory – KPI discussions, succession planning, wills, and broader business adviceClient-facing – building strong relationships and delivering value beyond complianceTeam of 13–14 staff, all-female, average age 40sStable workplace with very low turnover (many staff 10–15 years)Partners: Jeff + one otherModern systems (Xero + HowNow)Work ConditionsHours: 8:30am – 5:00pmFlexibility: occasional WFH, flexible hours consideredChoice of working from two offices south of the river
