What You Will Be Doing The Rostering and Scheduling Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Home Care Packages (HCP)/Support at Home (SAH) Program by effectively co-ordinating the rostering of Direct Care Workers.
This position ensures timely and appropriate scheduling of services in accordance with client needs, care plans, staff availability and service delivery standards.

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in the aged care, community services or health sector.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to details.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.

• Proficiency in using scheduling software such as ShiftCare, Microsoft office and client management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Clearance including current Police and Working with Children Checks prior to commencement.

• Knowledge of HCP and SAH Program guidelines.

• Experience working with older people or individuals with diverse needs.
