Job Title: Qualitative Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support qualitative research projects. Our team is dedicated to collecting and analyzing non-numerical data from interviews, focus groups, observations, and documents to identify patterns and generate valuable insights.

This role involves working closely with our team members to design and execute qualitative research studies. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, focus groups, or field observations as required, transcribing and analyzing qualitative data using appropriate tools or software, and summarizing findings into clear reports and presentations.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Education, etc., and have experience with qualitative research techniques, including data coding and analysis. Familiarity with tools like NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or similar is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and written communication skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can maintain organized research records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals is also a key aspect of this role.
