**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Superannuation Administration / Client Services professional to join our Superannuation Administration team.

You will report into the Superannuation Administration Manager and lead a team of 10 direct reports.

The primary responsibility is to ensure effective service outcomes are achieved through seamless client interaction which aims to exceed the expectations of our clients through the effective management of the team and development of individuals.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management, distribution of daily workflow and forward planning of the team.
- Lead the team towards achieving operational group goals and objectives and encourage participation and engagement in decision making and problem solving.
- Drive a service excellence team culture whilst monitoring quality and service standards in accordance with agreed resolution timeframes and SLA's.
- Implementing training and development plans for staff in line with corporate, product and business strategies.
- Providing regular feedback to team members on performance and deliverables
- Conduct team meetings, perform individual 1to1's, quarterly and annual performance reviews for current staff.
- Assist individuals adapt in an environment of ongoing change, including maintaining open communication within the team, supervisors, and the executive team.
- Liaison and support across HUB24 internal teams and divisions, participation in management discussions and assist the business with the identification and achievement of process improvement objectives.
- Proactively review current business procedures
- ensure documentation current, accessible to team and facilitate the introduction of new processes where appropriate.
- Compliance incident and routine monitoring of processes to ensure adequate controls are in place.
- Actively manage the client relationship (Advisor, Trustee, custodians, fund managers and brokers) and proactively handle client enquires, escalations & complaints.
- Draft and produce client communications as required by advisers and managers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Minimum 2 years team leadership experience within either Administration or Client Services
- Experience in Financial Services and a knowledge and understanding of Superannuation.
- Understanding of various financial products/instruments available in the domestic market
- Ability to lead a team through large volumes of work and ongoing change
- Acurity system - working knowledge (preferable)
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal and an ability to engage & partner with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Commitment to high standards of client service with a balanced focus on the commercial priorities of the business
- A continual improvement mindset and a desire to strive to achieve optimal results.
- A flexible and agile approach that enables them to effectively respond in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- A calm and considered demeanor when working under pressure to meet deadlines or deal with difficult situations.
