As a Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. Your working day may include (but not limited to), assistance and or support with daily life, including personal care, domestic activities, social and community participation and varying skill development activities.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- **Must have a valid ABN**:

- **A valid Working with Children's Check.**:

- **First Aid Certificate.**:

- **Current Police Check.**:

- **Valid Australian driver's licence and own car for reliable transport.**:

- **Eligible working rights in Australia.**:

- **Certificate III in Disability Services, or equivalent to Community Services.**:

- **Availability to work a 7-day roster which will be a combination of shifts including mornings, afternoons, active night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
