Questacon is seeking a
**Cyber STEM Leaders Officer **who can support event organisation, stakeholder engagement-related tasks, and daily project management

**About the role**:

- Engender enthusiasm about opportunities in cyber related fields
- Innovate by creating novel, accessible and inclusive cyber related events and activities
- Develop plans for programs, and contribute to strategic planning
- Coordinate and facilitate events connecting the diverse cyber industry to the education community
- Maintain programs
- Support and develop program delivery staff
- Provide open communication to all team members

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience in coordinating events and assisting in the management of projects
- The ability to proactively identify opportunities to collaborate identify and implements improvements
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to use initiative and work under mínimal supervision
- Experience in presenting or facilitating a range of audiences
- Experience in at least one of the following or related methods of program delivery:

- Live video conference to schools or livestreamed events
- Online and print or video-recorded educational resources
- Discussion forum or workshop facilitation
- Live presentation, MCing and/or theatrical sessions.
- Qualifications or relevant expertise in cyber industry related arts and disciplines
