We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at this iconic property.About the role:
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and presentation of the resort.
You'll lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring profitability, customer service, and the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, and property presentation.Key responsibilities:Lead overall resort operations to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and operational goals.Drive a culture of exceptional guest service and team development.Oversee financial performance including P&L, budgets, and reporting.Ensure property standards, maintenance, and presentation are consistently met.Champion workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.Please note this position is based in Crackenback, NSW, 2627QualificationsProven experience in hotel/resort management, with expertise in food & beverage operations.Strong leadership and people development skills.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L accountability.Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
