Job Title: Disability Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Disability Support Team. As a Disability Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of individualized supports within supported independent living accommodation settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthening the knowledge and abilities of our support worker team
  • Providing direct support and leadership to your team
  • Ensuring a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program

You will work closely with your team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the health sector or a related field
  • Cert 4 or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience

You will also need to have the ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays.
