About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Fixed Plant Operator to work at our state-of-the-art wash plant technology at our Epping site. This position has become available due to our ongoing growth and expansion.

The role is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting the wash plant volumes in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.

This is a full-time, ongoing position, with an immediate start available. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm, with optional overtime available on weekends.

Relocation fees will be offered for people located outside of Victoria.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring the wash plant and equipment
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records
- Operating fixed plant including powering on and off plant
- Managing the production line of the fixed plant
- Identifying any issues that may arise mechanically
- Fault finding and plant resets
- Participating in daily toolbox/pre-start meetings
- Maintaining product quality at all times
- Other reasonable requests

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating fixed plant in a manufacturing, quarrying or mining environment is preferred
- Operating fixed production
- Wash plant experience is preferred
- Risk assessment and hazard control skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Right to work in Australia
- Police check and pre-employment medical including drug screening (to be completed during the recruitment process).
