Job Overview

The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, primarily centered around maintaining and operating fixed plant equipment.

Detailed tasks include completing work orders and urgent tasks in a timely manner, conducting daily fixed plant checks, and performing manual handling associated with basic maintenance and inspections of plant.

  • Working under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient plant performance
  • Conducting routine checks on equipment and machinery
  • Performing general cleaning and duties around fixed plant
  • Preparing for night shift operations

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely completion of work orders and tasks
  • Maintenance of high standards of safety and efficiency
  • Effective communication and teamwork

Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate a total commitment to risk management and occupational health and safety (OH&S), and exhibit a positive work ethic aligned with company values.

Additionally, the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team is essential.
