Job Description

As a Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global mobility programs by providing strategic advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Advisory: Build and maintain relationships with clients while providing expert advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Possess extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services environments.
  • Client Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness with a flexible approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
