**About the role**

Education Perfect is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney In this role you will work closely with our product team, wider marketing team and regional sales teams to support the optimization and effective use of our EP value proposition, drive the adoption of strategic product behaviours and the successful launch of new features & product offerings. This role requires an understanding of the ANZ education landscape & pedagogical principles, and the ability to adapt quickly to meet the needs of our internal teams and our customers.

**What you will do**
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for our products, aligned with company goals and objectives
- Develop strategies to drive adoption and engagement of identified strategic product behaviours among product users.
- Analyse user data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to support high-growth markets and tailor marketing strategies to local needs and preferences.
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for expansion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives
- Provide input into product development and roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning and value propositions for our products
- Collaborate with the content team to create marketing collateral, sales tools and educational resources that effectively communicate product benefits and features
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pedagogy and the adoption of technology in education
- Provide support and guidance to the marketing team on various requests, including content creation, campaign planning, and execution.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, the effective representation or our value proposition and branding across all marketing channels

**About you**
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in the ed-tech industry (desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
