Cumberland Care Service is seeking an experienced, reliable and passionate Scheduler/ Administration Officer.
- Part time role.
- Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in managing client enquiries, and Scheduling/Rostering.

As a Scheduler/ Administration Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, and maintaining day-to-day rostering in accordance with the SCHADS Award and NDIS Guidelines. You will work closely with our Manager to address client and staffing needs, communicate changes or requirements to Support Workers, clients and agencies and allocate staff resources effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with handling incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
- Implement and maintain rostering requirements
- Liaise with Manager
- Communicate changes or requirements to Support Workers, clients and agencies
- Allocate staff resources effectively
- Respond to staff inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize rostering software program Shift Care
- Perform accurate data entry
- Maintaining client and care worker compliance and documentation according to government standards.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Cumberland Care Service databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.
- Work independently and as part of a team

Skills and Experience:

- Background in NDIS/Aged Care
- Previous rostering experience (highly regarded)
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Police, NDISWC and WWCC clearances

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
