**Position:Disability Support Worker-Female
- Mid Aged**

Altitude Care is an approved NDIS service provider. We Support people with Disabilities and Mental health condition in their home and community across Western Australia. We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced mid-aged female Disability Support Workers with a strong background in mental health support to join our team in Kewdale, Western Australia.

Job Summary:

- Supporting people with disabilities for their day to day living. Assistance for daily living activities.
- Supporting people with disabilities in their home and taking them for community access.
- Supporting to set their routine, helping them to build capacity for their daily living skills
- Assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of those in their care
- Provide high quality, professional and individualized support to customers.
- Complete all administrative tasks

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Essential:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Cert IV In disability or equivalent Previous experience in the disability field
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children's Check
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
- Driver's license
- A reliable vehicle

**Altitude Care provides**:

- Pre— employment training
- Ongoing training and development

Pay: $38.00 - $41.76 per hour
