Aged and Disability Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to support individuals in maintaining independence within their communities.

About the Role

This role involves providing one-on-one care to clients, focusing on engagement and assistance with daily living tasks. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and other essential services
  • Deliver high-quality care while working autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, or Disability
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
