About the RoleARB Corporation is seeking an IT Systems Trainer to support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of key operational IT systems across our global business.
Based at our Kilsyth head office, you'll deliver engaging training across Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams, helping staff confidently use systems that drive our business forward.

Competitive salary + super + leave loading Generous staff discounts on premium off-road products Exposure to global enterprise systems and business functions Opportunity to shape training initiatives across international teams Supportive and collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities Deliver structured IT systems training across ARB's global teams Create engaging training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise Facilitate training via video, one-on-one, and small group sessions Assess training effectiveness and adapt materials based on feedback Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training to business needs Conduct system testing and validation prior to deployment Maintain User Guides Support continuous improvement and project implementation About You Experience in IT systems training, ERP support, or similar roles An understanding of enterprise systems across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Finance Ability to explain IT systems in a clear, practical way Skilled in LMS platforms (e.g. Mindatlas) and eLearning authoring tools Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support About ARB Corporation ARB is Australia's largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories.
