Annie Lane Café, Bribie Island
is an award-winning modern Australian café known for its
specialty coffee, locally sourced produce, and outstanding hospitality
. We're now seeking a
Head Barista / Assistant Manager
to help lead our busy, high-volume venue.
About the Role
This is a full-time salaried role where you will:
Run the
day-to-day operations
of the café.
Work closely with the
owner
to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, support, and nurture our younger employees, helping them grow in confidence and skill.
Drive consistency in
high-volume specialty coffee service
(we proudly serve Tim Adams Specialty Coffee).
Oversee training, ordering, stock control, and general operations.
Maintain our strong focus on
local produce
and
sustainability
.
Work set days each week, once agreed upon by both parties, with
one weekend day off per month
.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a
supervisor or assistant manager role
in a busy hospitality environment.
Skilled and confident with
high-volume specialty coffee
.
Passionate about
local produce, sustainability, and community
.
Organised, motivated, and able to lead by example.
A natural mentor who can
support and nurture younger team members
.
Flexible with availability across 7 days.
